He is of Chinese descent and is known as Chen Zhi. He later naturalised as a Cambodian citizen. In 2010, he visited Cambodia and met with Prime Minister Hun Sen.

His passion for Prince Real Estate has resulted in the creation of numerous projects in both Phnom Penh and Sihanoukville, Cambodia. These forays paved the way for a 1 million-square-meter expansion.

Some examples include the Prince Plaza Center, the Prince Modern Plaza, the Prince IT Building, and the Prince City Center. They are currently being renovated, but will be finished shortly.

Belt Road Capital Management, Prince Bank, Cambodia Airways, Prince Supermarket, Awesome Global Investment Group, and Canopy Sands Growth are among Prince Group's subsidiaries.

It would not be shocking if he made investments in other businesses if they had the potential to be profitable.

He is not only interested in business, but also in philanthropy.

Chen Zhi's year of philanthropy in Cambodian society was last year. He had pledged to contribute $3 million to help Cambodia purchase one million COVID-19 vaccines.

When the floods struck Cambodia, Chen Zhi stepped in to assist the victims. In terms of personal interests, he loves watching movies.

He made a generous contribution to the establishment of the Prince Horology Vocational Training Center, which provides full and partial scholarships to deserving Cambodian students.

Oknha Neak Chen Zhi seems to be very passionate about luxury watches, and he wishes for Cambodian-made watches to compete with those made in Switzerland and Japan.

Chen Zhi's arrival in Cambodia

How did Chen Zhi end up in Cambodia? He may form relationships with people from all walks of life. Owing to his real estate experience and contacts, he is able to complete large-scale projects. His savvy networking skills may have aided him in making a profit.

Though Chen Zhi prefers to remain out of the spotlight and does much of his work behind the scenes, he has assisted Prince Group in the launch of over 240 charity events. When Chen Zhi is not involved in finance, aviation, retail, or real estate development, the Prince Charitable Foundation is the Group's most active allotment.

Chen Zhi and the Group were instrumental in getting many people jobs in Phnom Penh. They accomplished this by embarking on a large undertaking. They previously stated that Ream City will be available soon. This $16 billion project will build a city on 834 hectares in Sihanoukville.

Since it will be built on reclaimed land, Ream City will have the normal features of a settled city, such as malls, hospitals, landed homes, hotels, restaurants, coastal resorts, beach houses, beaches, and so on.
